As we say hello to tonights ‘Wolf Moon’, the first full moon of the year, let us also say hello to the three newest additions to the Luna De Sangre Winter Collection. First up, the ‘Aureus’ Coin Purse.

The ‘Aureus’ Coin Purse

Last time we spoke, ‘Aureus’ was a nameless coin purse, still in the design process. She is now a fully finalized coin purse with two available design options…

‘Aureus l’ is a chainmail coin purse featuring a design much like her sister ‘Denari’, a coin purse I previously released in the fall of 2024. Aureus l features a large bronze cross as the center focal point, a bronze chainmail base & bronze bauble detaling. Finally, I included a small chain strap designed to fit securely around the wrist, you asked and I indeed listened.

As for Aureus ll, this coin purse was made for the maximalist. I started this piece with the same base design used for Aureus l, expanding the design from there by incorporating preciosa topaz crystals, a matching beaded strap & a functioning keychain component…

I designed this purse accessory shortly after spending a morning organizing my handbag collection. While going through and decluttering my handbags, I noticed that I had never once used the sad little brown shoulder bag shown above, not once had she walked the streets of New York alongside me. But I knew exactly why, she was simply too plain and too boring, one of the plainest and uninspiring bags I owned… and with this thought came an idea. The idea that not only I had the ability to be adorned but my handbag had the ability to be as well, and thus my precious ‘Constantine’ was born. Shortly after designing and attaching this new adornment to my old and unused brown purse, she quickly became one of my favorite pieces to tote around and I am so pleased to have given her a new life! If you too wish to adorn an old or forgotten handbag, this accessory will be available for you to snag this upcoming Wednesday, (1/15/2025) @ 6PM (EST). You will have the option to choose the length of your base chain as well as the size of your clasps so that the adornment fits any handbag of your choice absolutely perfectly.

Below is a well organized photo of all of the necessities & trinkets I chose to tote around with me at some point in time. A daily planner, a sachet of advil, many lip essentials, so many pens, this is truly everything a girl could need during an outing.
